Over 2,300 rooms and suites were available at the Inside Inn located on the southeast corner of the Fairgrounds.
Hotel advertising promised guests the benefits of shade, breezes, and temperatures ten degrees cooler than downtown.
The building often had 4,000 guests being served by 1,000 staff. American ($1.50 to $3.50/day) and European ($3 to $7/day) plans were available. Children under ten were half price. Both rates included admission to the Fair.
E. M. Statler of Buffalo, NY financed, built and managed the hotel.
