Deciding What to Order

Part of the fun of eating at the Fair was looking through the menus.

Elegant menus at the receptions hosted by representatives of the foreign countries and U.S. states invited guests to sample a variety of culinary masterpieces.

Menus used in the Fair's restaurants were colorful works of arts. Many were oversized and so full of delicious items that it was hard for hungry fair-goers to decide what to order.
